Gary L. White joined the Law Offices of Schwartz | White in 2006 as an associate, concentrating on complex divorce and family law issues and commercial and civil litigation.
Applying his substantial economic, business and real estate knowledge to family law cases, Gary is able to resolve complicated financial matters. His skills in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, help clients swiftly reach equitable outcomes for prenuptial agreements, dissolutions of marriage, custody arrangements, relocation matters, modifications of support and post-judgment enforcements. He represents clients with a high level of professionalism and tenacity that is respected by his peers.
Gary’s commercial experience includes real estate negotiations, evictions and mortgage foreclosures. He provides sound counsel for individuals and businesses regarding litigation strategy and risk management and furthers their goals through litigation, arbitration and mediation.
As a Florida native, Gary is an avid fisherman and an active volunteer for various community organizations.
